Xuzhou - What do you think of the chance to give an informal talk to hungry learners of English in cooperation with a English learning college? Shaolin - Think Karate Kid & home to the Shaolin Monks. So how do you get here? Where do you stay? Where do you eat? Can you get there without being taken to commoditised "Kungfu" academy or "Shaolin Temple?" Not only do we spend a day in Shaolin (not nearby Dengfang). You get the chance to explore the real magical parts of this amazing village by yourself, climb a mountain overlooking the Village or be instructed by a Kungfu Master.  


What about the famous canal towns of eastern China?  Would you be happy following the standard tourist trail to Zhouzhuang or Tongli?  (where you won't find Dragon Bus) Dragon Bus will be at one of the last remaining functioning canal towns, where locals still live, eat and play. We'll leave the tourist canal towns to those that are happy with that sort of travel, perhaps while not knowing they are missing a living breathing canal village!
