 Dragon Bus was created to fill the very large gap between "Package" Tours & the "Small Group"  Travel options.   

Package Tours gave you no flexibility, often included westernised Chinese restaurants & various shopping stops. Trying to Independently travel in China left many with a feeling of frustration, hassle or combination of both.

Dragon Bus is the affordable & flexible option!  Created by Independent Travellers we strive to offer choice, flexibility & safetly, all at an amazing low price!   Dragon Bus caters to singles, couples, backpackers, flashpackers and families from the worldover!  Your "Choice" should now be easy, as will exploring "Real China."

1. OUR TRAVEL NETWORK - TRANSPORT  
We include the best sights of China, including mountains, villages and off the track sights. Generally we use our own private vehicles for travel between cities, as well as China's extensive train network & a direct coach.  We use of bullet trains on some longer sections to get there fast, meaning you have more time to enjoy that destination.  You won't be wasting your time trying to buy tickets, finding railway stations & walking around in circles as on Dragon Bus this is all orgainsed by your Western bilingual Tour Leader.    

2. ACCOMMODATION - PRE-VETTED
Pre-vetted clean hostels & hotels where you have the choice of a standard dorm bed or upgrading to single, twin or double rooms with facilities.  Hostels are clean, in great locations with a vibrant atmosphere, allowing you to mix with other worldwide travellers. Also remember that your accommodation (excluding upgrades) is included in the cost of all our Passes! 

3. SIGHTS - REAL SIGHTS & REAL PEOPLE 
Dragon Bus is  about "Your Choice", this mean you decide what sights & attractions you experience. If you don't like museums, you don't prepay for them and have us choose them! You will obviously have the choice to visit them, and we're there to assist with which ones are best and getting to them. We have researched and visited all the major attractions. You decide how long you visit the site and as satted you'll always have plenty of information from your bi-lingual western Tour Leader along the way, to make sure your choice is based on best information (which is often not that guidebook you're going to be carrying!).  

4. MEALS - THE EATING CULTURE
You won't pre-pay for meals which we choose where, when and what you eat!  We won't take you to commission generating tourist restaurants for them to serve up westernised Chinese food!   We recommend & often organise what we believe are the best (and clean) restaurants while travelling.  Dragon Bus also head to food streets and small local restaurants that cater to a variety of tastes and local foods. Why?  We believe this way you get to experience all the different local cuisines & tastes as you travel through China. Group dinners & even BBQ's are arranged, but you want to head to the local Macca's - "It's your choice!"
 
5. OUR CLIENTS 
Travellers on Dragon Bus are from all the world over - Europe, Australia, USA, Scandinavia, New Zealand, Africa, Canada, UK, South America, Ireland and every place in between!  What does this mean -  Local travel companies don't generally organise or have bookings from outside their own country, but we have bookings from  every corner of the globe, menaing you'll travel with a mix of individuals, couples & families from the worldover.

6. YOUR TOUR LEADER 
Dragon Bus employ our own bi-lingual (English/Chinese) Western Tour Leaders. 
Why? It means we stay in control of our product and the services you get. Tour Leaders are, at some points, joined by local Chinese Tour Leaders, however this is only to support your Tour Leader (and not to direct us to a commission stops)  Dragon Bus have a separate driver as well, so the Tour Leader is all yours! 

7. NIGHTLIFE - AFTER DARK CHINA COMES ALIVE
That's right and we encourage Travellers to experience the best of China's nightlife. Great restaurants, bars, cafes, nightclubs, cultural shows, karaoke or just walking the streets, as the locals come out at night. Be assured that each night will provide something different. Don't accept that package tour for your holidays who'll likely "return" you to the hotel after a pre paid dinner or modified "tourist show".  We're different and encourage you to get out and check out all the action.

8. COST - IS THAT THE PRICE?
There is NO comparison! Dragon Bus is easily the best value travel option for those travelling to China, nothing over $1000 (USD). No one comes close in terms of value for what we offer. Ok, so if you do it yourself and it would be cheaper, but at what cost if you only see half what you expected to see and it took you twice the time?  

9. LANGUAGE - WILL THERE BE DIFFICULTIES?
Bi-lingual western Tour Leaders & Management who are versed in China means that we avoid many of the issues that you may otherwise encounter if travelling independently.  In addition our Tour Leaders generally have additional language skills such as Russian & Sweedish and more.   

10. ENJOYMENT & FUN
